Stationary oxygen concentrators are built to provide you with oxygen at home. They are larger than the portable machines and are built to provide oxygen around the clock, as well as offering higher flow rates. They have the capacity to deliver oxygen levels up to 10 litres per minute, as opposed to portable machines which can deliver between 1-5 litres per minute.

Portable oxygen concentrators provide you with oxygen, powered by the use of a battery, electricity or DC power (eg. the power port in your car). They are smaller and lighter than stationary concentrators, so are great for when you’re out and about. They can vary in weight from 1kg up to 10kg, and many can be carried in backpacks/bags or via small carts that can be pulled.
